About this role

As a Senior Engineer for Load Interconnection & Model Development at Crusoe, you will play a critical role in expanding the company's energy infrastructure by integrating large-load facilities into the electric grid. This position focuses on navigating regulatory and technical hurdles within MISO and SPP RTOs to ensure reliable power for AI and high-performance computing workloads. You will perform grid integration studies, manage transmission injection processes, and strategize Points of Interconnection to support the organization's ambitious AI strategies.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive grid integration studies for large-load facilities within MISO and PJM.
Manage transmission injection processes to ensure grid stability and capacity.
Strategize Points of Interconnection based on evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
Draft technical specifications to support business development on project proposals.
Contribute to technical team development by sharing expertise in grid integration navigation.
