Enterpret is an AI-native company building a platform that centralizes customer feedback from surveys, reviews, tickets and communities into actionable insights. The Engineering Manager will lead the Unify team (7–10 engineers) in Bangalore, owning execution, quality, and team health while partnering with a Staff Engineer on cross-cutting technical vision. The role reports to the CTO and focuses on accelerating delivery and improving reliability for data ingestion, taxonomy, analytics, and related services.
