Senior Enterprise Automation Engineer

The Senior Enterprise Automation Engineer will partner with the AI Center of Excellence to operationalize Microsoft Copilot and develop AI-powered agents that automate end-to-end business and IT workflows. This role focuses on driving a Bot First service model to improve employee experience, increase operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort across Enterprise IT services. The position involves designing self-service experiences, integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems, and ensuring knowledge readiness for AI adoption.
