Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction

The Senior Estimator will support lead estimators, preconstruction managers, and project leadership throughout the preconstruction phase of complex commercial building projects. Responsibilities include developing budgets, estimates, bids, and GMP packages, coordinating trade partner pricing, and performing quantity takeoffs and cost analyses. The role is office‑based in Denver with regular site visits and requires at least eight years of commercial construction estimating experience.
