Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction

The Senior Estimator will support lead estimators, preconstruction managers, and project leadership throughout the preconstruction phase of complex commercial building projects. Responsibilities include developing budgets, estimates, bids, and GMP packages, coordinating trade partner pricing, and performing quantity takeoffs and cost analyses. The role is based in Denver and requires on‑site presence with occasional travel to project sites.
