Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator leads the preparation of complex and high-value project estimates while playing a key role in preconstruction strategy, risk evaluation, and project pursuit planning. This position provides technical leadership, mentors junior estimating staff, and collaborates with executive leadership to support successful project acquisition aligned with company growth objectives. The role involves developing bid strategies, performing risk analysis, and maintaining strong subcontractor and supplier relationships.
