The Senior Facilities Technician will support Abbott's Electrophysiology medical device business by performing preventative, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on facility equipment, documenting activities in a CMMS, and handling repairs to buildings, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. The role requires a high school diploma, 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a boiler license.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on facility equipment
Document maintenance activities using a CMMS
Repair building structures, walls, ceilings, doors, and painting
Maintain HVAC, cooling water, and data‑center equipment such as generators and UPS units
Provide 24/7 on‑call support and respond to after‑hour service calls
