About this role

ACT1 Federal is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide senior-level financial management, budget planning, and resource analysis services to the Director of Operations, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy for the Defense Industrial Base. The role involves supporting Department of the Navy financial management requirements across the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process. The analyst will independently analyze complex financial data, develop budget products, and communicate financial realities to senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Develop budget requirements and justification materials for government review
Analyze financial data across designated appropriations and monitor execution forecasts
Support audit readiness by organizing documentation and preparing draft responses

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, operations research, accounting, computer science, business analytics, or a related quantitative disciplineCurrent Top Secret. Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility
