About this role

Workday is seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join its Higher Education Functional Consulting organization, specializing in Student Reporting for customers across Australia and the APAC region. In this role, you will independently lead the reporting workstream on customer engagements, translating business requirements into well-designed Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards. You will partner closely with Solution Consulting, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to help higher education institutions successfully adopt Workday Student.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements-gathering workshops to define reporting and analytics needs
Design and build custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards in Workday
Mentor junior consultants and guide customers on regulatory reporting requirements
