Senior Housing Services Coordinator

The Senior Housing Services Coordinator supports the housing stability, independence, and overall well-being of senior residents through individualized resident support, resource navigation, referrals, and community engagement. The role involves collaborating with residents, property management, and community partners to identify needs, connect residents with resources, and coordinate educational, social, and wellness activities that promote healthy aging and quality of life. Services are tailored to the assigned property and available part-time hours.
