About this role
The HR Business Partner will be a member of Carta’s People Team partnering closely with the R&D organization (Product and Design) to shape people strategy and support organizational effectiveness. The role focuses on creating fit-for-purpose HR programs, influencing leadership decisions, and ensuring people processes and systems support the business. The HRBP will represent and advance Carta’s culture while supporting a distributed workforce.
