Senior Human Resources Generalist

As a Senior HR Generalist at Lubrizol, you will provide frontline employee life cycle support and serve as the primary HR contact for a designated group of 50–75 employees. You will collaborate with HR Partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance with employment laws while delivering consistent, people-first solutions across the Wickliffe campus. The role involves managing administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and maintaining accurate employment documentation and records.
