About this role
The Senior Human Resources Manager will design, implement and administer HR programs for two unionized Johns Manville manufacturing facilities, supporting plant leadership and overseeing HR activities for 300+ employees. The role reports to the Business HR Director and represents the HR function across the plants, aligning HR initiatives to business strategy and ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. This position includes responsibility for HR services staff and travel between sites.
