About this role

The Senior Infrastructure Business Operations Manager is an individual contributor within Roche's FinOps & Technical Enablement function, responsible for establishing and operating business, financial, and governance mechanisms to support infrastructure decision‑making across cloud, on‑premises, AI, and shared scientific platforms. The role partners with R&D, finance, procurement and other stakeholders to improve visibility, forecasting, cost attribution, optimisation and investment governance.

Responsibilities

Support infrastructure forecasting, budgeting and showback activities
Implement and improve hybrid infrastructure governance and cost attribution
Partner with global stakeholders to drive optimization and investment decisions
