The IT Operations Engineer in NICE's IT Operations Center (ITOC) in Pune is an individual contributor supporting global corporate IT services by ensuring the availability and stability of infrastructure and participating in incident and event handling. The role reports to a Tech Manager and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across servers, networks, virtualization, monitoring and cloud services. It operates within NICE's hybrid working model and supports a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
