Senior Instructional Designer (CAU)

The Senior Instructional Designer independently plans, designs, develops, and evaluates high-quality training programs and instructional materials for the Contractor Acquisition University (CAU) department. This role supports the Department of Energy’s acquisition community by creating effective learning experiences across classroom, virtual, eLearning, and scenario-based environments. The position requires advanced knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and systematic training development methodologies.
