Senior IT Business Analyst

The Senior IT Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the Business Leadership Team and key stakeholders, working with an IT Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet goals within time and budget constraints. This role involves driving requirements gathering, documenting business process flows, defining solution options, and ensuring IT-specific issues are addressed and communicated effectively. The position also includes developing training programs, supporting project planning documentation, and advocating for adherence to IT Project Management standard operating procedures.
