Senior Lead, Digital, Mexico

As the Senior Lead, Digital, Mexico, you will own the digital commercial strategy and performance for On’s Mexico business, playing a key role in unlocking the next phase of digital growth in one of our most important markets. You will identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, acquire and retain customers, and continuously improve the digital experience. This role operates in a highly dynamic, collaborative and matrixed environment, partnering closely with LATAM, Americas and Global teams, as well as cross-functional partners across Media Performance, On-site Merchandising, Merchandising, Demand & Supply Planning, Operations, Buying, Marketing, Finance, B2B and Retail.
