Senior Lead Estimator

The Senior Lead Estimator is responsible for producing comprehensive cost estimates and tender submissions for large heavy civil and transportation projects. The role supports bid preparation by developing budgets, unit rates, schedules and procurement packages while coordinating resources and stakeholders. The position also leads estimating teams and liaises with partners, subcontractors and procurement to ensure competitive, compliant bids.
