Senior Lean & Operational Excellence Leader

The Senior Lean & Operational Excellence Leader leads the Lean and Operational Excellence strategy for a new greenfield manufacturing facility, building the site's operating system from the ground up. This role embeds Lean principles into facility design, manufacturing processes, and daily management to drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. The position involves leading a team of Continuous Improvement professionals and partnering with cross-functional teams to establish a high-performing, scalable operation.
