About this role
The Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate will support AirTrunk’s expansion across the APJ region by providing legal advice on structuring, capital raisings, fund flows and corporate transactions. Reporting to the Director, Legal – Corporate Transactions, the role partners with business and leadership teams to ensure regulatory compliance and to drive strategic initiatives. The position also develops legal policy, monitors emerging legal and regulatory issues, and contributes to treasury, finance and tax-related workstreams.
