Senior Level V Stress Engineer

The Stress group at Gulfstream is responsible for substantiating structural integrity for all engineering changes in Gulfstream models through detailed stress analysis using finite element modeling and hand calculations. The role requires knowledge of design configuration, load paths, mechanical properties, and FAR Part 25 regulations to ensure aircraft structures meet Gulfstream stress criteria and FAA regulations. The position involves providing technical support to diverse engineering groups, mentoring the stress team, and generating complex analysis reports.
