The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of CRM to drive significant revenue growth by converting users, increasing repeat purchases, and improving retention. This role involves leveraging behavioral data to optimize the full user journey, from onboarding to reactivation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to test and scale ambitious marketing ideas. The position reports directly to the Co-founder and CMO, offering the autonomy to build the CRM playbook at an exceptional scale.
