Senior Manager, Actuarial

The Senior Manager, Actuarial at Oscar leads a team of analysts responsible for pricing several ACA markets and reports to the Associate Director, Actuarial. This role partners with Market P&L, Insurance Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure regional pricing strategy is actuarially sound and to oversee end-to-end regulatory submissions. The position is focused on scaling Oscar’s ACA-compliant Individual and Small Group markets while managing financial risks and supporting product and network strategy.
