The Senior Manager, APEC L&D drives the deployment and adoption of Power of M learning across APEC Managed and Franchised hotels, ensuring associates are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills. This role acts as a critical connector between global strategy and regional execution, coordinating learning activities with deployment milestones and building alignment across global, regional, and market teams. The position also involves identifying APEC-specific learning needs, facilitating content reviews, and overseeing the integration of learning content into business-as-usual training offerings.
