About this role

The Senior Manager drives data- and AI-enabled engineering transformation across Caterpillar's Connectivity organization using the Cat® Helios platform. This role leads the strategy, delivery, and adoption of analytics and automation solutions to improve connectivity quality, engineering efficiency, and system reliability. The position combines people leadership with technical judgment to translate connectivity data into trusted insights that transform how engineering and service organizations operate.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Connectivity Analytics and AI roadmap
Lead development and governance of connectivity data products
Apply AI and ML capabilities to connectivity engineering workflows
Manage a portfolio of analytics and AI initiatives
Build and lead a high-performing team of data professionals

Qualifications
