About this role
The Senior Manager, CX Technology at Crunchyroll leads the Customer Experience Technology function, overseeing the technical strategy and delivery that support customer-facing systems and agent tools. The role partners across product, engineering, legal, and operations teams and interfaces with third-party vendors to evolve the CX tech ecosystem. This position reports to the Director, CX Technology and is based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Dallas.
