This role leads the strategy, delivery, and modernization of enterprise data, analytics, cloud application, and platform capabilities at Vantive. The incumbent is responsible for managing high-performing engineering teams, driving large-scale digital transformation programs, and ensuring scalable, secure, and AI-enabled solutions. Key duties include partnering with stakeholders, overseeing engineering governance, and fostering a culture of excellence within a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams across all levels
Own delivery planning and execution for data and cloud application programs
Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD and observability
Ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Partner with architects to align delivery with enterprise standards
