The Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics will lead the strategy and execution of customer, loyalty, and marketing analytics to enhance personalization and drive business growth. The role oversees the development and deployment of data and AI solutions for Circle K’s loyalty program and digital experiences, while partnering cross-functionally across Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Technology. This leader will manage a team of analysts, data scientists, and ML engineers and act as a senior data partner for business stakeholders.
