The Senior Digital Content Strategy Manager leads content strategy for Cytiva’s flagship website, shaping customer-centric, digital-first content to enhance user experience and support business objectives. The role partners across marketing, product, sales, UX, and customer service to ensure brand voice and compliance while driving engagement and conversion. This position reports to the Director of Digital Content Strategy and is based onsite in Marlborough, MA as part of the Brand Marketing team.
