The Senior Manager, Direct Mail & Email Marketing leads the planning, execution, and performance management of direct mail, shared mail, and email marketing channels. This role translates channel strategy into disciplined monthly campaign plans, ensuring initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, within budget, and aligned with performance goals. Serving as the primary point of coordination across Field Operations, Finance, Analytics, Creative, Technology, and external vendors, this leader balances business needs with budget, capacity, and channel priorities. The Senior Manager also leads the Email Marketing Manager, providing direction, coaching, and workload oversight.
