The Senior Manager, Food & Beverage oversees the overall operation and success of the restaurant, bar, and venue aspects within the Food & Beverage Department at Yaamava' Resort & Casino. This role partners with the Director of Food & Beverage to develop strategic leadership and direction, implementing initiatives that drive year-over-year improvements in service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. The position is responsible for managing department staff, training, employee engagement, and ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class guest experience while safeguarding company assets.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and execute brand standards for restaurant and beverage venues
Develop business plans and analyze financial performance to increase revenue and profitability
Mentor team members and create succession plans to support employee development and leadership
