About this role

The Senior Manager, FP&A is the finance business partner to Sales and Marketing leaders, translating financial signals into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, and performance management across customer acquisition, growth, and retention with emphasis on commissions, sales efficiency, and marketing ROI. This is a hands-on, highly visible position that supports strategic decision-making and drives FP&A process automation and data integrity.
