Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations

As the Senior Manager of Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations at Hopper's Human Technology Solutions (HTS), you will lead the modernization of global compensation infrastructure by transitioning from manual processes to an automated, scalable operating model. Reporting to the Head of People Operations & Workforce Technology, this player-coach role combines strategic system design with hands-on execution to manage equity administration, optimize workflows, and mitigate financial risk across a multi-country workforce. You will drive payroll platform consolidations, strengthen compliance protocols, and partner with HR Technology, IT, and Finance to ensure audit readiness and operational excellence.
