About this role

This foundational role involves building Payroll & Equity operations from the ground up for a global, distributed workforce. The specialist will establish compliant systems, manage multi-country payroll delivery, and administer equity programs across various jurisdictions. You will act as a strategic partner to Finance, People Ops, and Legal to ensure audit-ready processes as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Establish end-to-end global payroll delivery systems for non-GTM employees
Manage multi-jurisdiction compliance with local tax and statutory requirements
Administer equity programs including grants, exercises, and terminations
Design scalable payroll and equity controls frameworks for audit readiness
Partner with EOR partners to resolve issues and manage funding cadences
