Senior Manager, Learning & Development

The Senior Manager, Learning & Development at the ASPCA leads the design, delivery, and optimization of the organization’s learning ecosystem. This role builds learning content in the ASPCA’s LMS, produces live learning sessions, and manages programs such as the annual mentoring program to support staff development across the organization. The position partners with People/HR leadership to integrate L&D techniques with broader talent strategies.
