About this role
The Senior Manager will lead and develop GiveDirectly’s MobileAid program for internally displaced people (IDPs) in the DRC and build strategic partnerships with telcos, government, and implementing partners. The role will support the development and scale-up of systems that use mobile phone data for rapid, targeted humanitarian response and will act as PMO for the Congo Cash Consortium. This position focuses on driving program growth, impact, and cross-functional coordination in a fragile context.
