Senior Manager, People Advisors

The Senior Manager, People Advisors will establish Legora's first local People Advisory layer, building the team and its capability from the ground up. This role involves defining market coverage, leading hiring and onboarding, and developing a distributed team of People Advisors to provide practical local advice and handle casework. The position focuses on establishing an AI-first way of working across Advisory to simplify processes and improve access to advice.
