Senior Manager, People Operations

Scale Computing is seeking two Senior Managers, People Operations to serve as hands-on People partners for specific US offices and remote teams while owning a company-wide program in either HRIS and People Data or Talent Acquisition. This in-office role involves partnering with leaders to build a modern, scalable, and high-performing People function, managing employee relations, recruiting, performance cycles, and leveraging AI and automation to improve processes. The position requires a strategic builder who can integrate acquired teams and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
