Senior Manager, Pipeline and BDR Operations

The Senior Manager, Pipeline & BDR Operations leads the end-to-end pipeline engine across Partner, BDR/SDR, Startup and AE sources, owning operational strategy, governance, and analytics to drive predictable pipeline creation and progression. This role partners closely with Sales and Marketing (including Demand Gen and Marketing Ops) to align definitions, SLAs, and top-of-funnel performance. The position is hands-on and analytically driven, focused on building self-serve reporting, forecasting models, and operational processes to scale BDR and startup motions. Remote work from Europe or the United States (East Coast preferred) is supported.
