About this role

The Senior Manager, Provider Network Operations will own the end-to-end provider experience and lifecycle outcomes for Cartwheel’s rapidly scaling network of contracted clinicians. This role designs and implements systems, processes, and engagement strategies to drive provider retention, satisfaction, and productivity while creating operational margin for clinical managers. The position reports to the Director of Care Operations and serves as a strategic enablement partner to clinical leadership and cross-functional teams. The role is remote and supports a distributed clinical workforce.
