Flex is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations on the Consumer Protection Team to drive strategy and execution that improve the customer experience across product and service touchpoints. The role partners closely with the Director, cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Data Science, Customer Success), and the executive team to quantify customer insights, prioritize initiatives, and build long-term infrastructure. This is a high-impact, hands-on position at a growth-stage fintech headquartered in NYC.
