Senior Manager- Supplier Quality

This newly created leadership role supports the continued growth of Turbocor's global operations and supplier network by leading the strategy, systems, and team needed to ensure supplier quality, performance, and scalability across multiple regions. The position involves building and coaching a growing global team of Supplier Quality Engineers, providing functional leadership across a matrix organization, and partnering with various departments to support supplier selection, development, and non-conformity resolution. Based near a manufacturing location in Nordborg, Denmark, or the Lyon region, France, the role requires international travel and collaboration with teams and suppliers across China and the US.
