The Senior Manager, Recruiting (Japan) will lead Talent Acquisition efforts across functions—especially GTM roles such as Sales and Marketing—to support Zscaler’s growth in Japan. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition APJ, the role builds and executes localized talent strategies, enhances employer brand, and partners with regional leadership on workforce planning. The position also focuses on developing a high-performing recruiting team, driving process improvements, and using data to inform hiring decisions.
