Supports the business/group leader in implementing, maintaining and administering first line of defense programs (e.g., operational risk, AML, compliance, regulatory) and oversees business operations within the jurisdiction to ensure adherence and efficiency. Acts as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to senior leaders, driving program design, execution and continuous improvement while collaborating with second- and third-line functions to identify, mitigate and report risks.
