The Workforce Planning Senior Manager at Mosaic leads the development and implementation of workforce planning processes and tools to support forecasting and organizational design. This role partners with HR centers of excellence and business leaders to analyze internal and external workforce data and provide strategic insights that inform talent acquisition, development, and organizational effectiveness. The position is based onsite at the North American Business Headquarters in Lithia, FL.
