Atlas is seeking a Senior Managing Counsel, Employment Law (Europe) to join its Legal & Compliance team in a leadership role supporting the company’s rapidly scaling Employer-of-Record operations across Europe. The position owns the regional employment law function and strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams while also engaging directly with clients. The role reports to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and provides high visibility into the business as it grows internationally.
