Senior Mechanical Estimator

The Senior Mechanical Estimator will own preconstruction estimating for large-scale commercial HVAC retrofits across various building types, including healthcare, data centers, and educational campuses. This senior role involves pricing mechanical retrofit, piping, and sheet metal projects from initial job walks through final proposal packages. The position requires interpreting field conditions to develop accurate cost models and proposals for design-build, design-assist, and hard-bid deliveries.
