Senior Mechanical Estimator

This role involves owning the preconstruction estimating process for large-scale commercial HVAC retrofits across various building types, including healthcare, data centers, and educational campuses. The position requires interpreting field conditions to price mechanical retrofit, piping, and sheet metal projects when design documents are unavailable. The estimator will prepare final proposal packages, conduct constructability reviews, and ensure compliance with California mechanical codes and energy standards.
