Senior Mixed-Methods User Researcher

The Senior Mixed-Methods User Researcher will build and scale an in-house research discipline at BetterHelp to deepen understanding of clients and therapists and inform product and marketing strategy. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, the role combines hands-on qualitative and quantitative research with strategic leadership to embed evidence-based decision making across Product, Design, Marketing, and Data. The position emphasizes creating a centralized research repository, bridging qualitative insights with experimentation, and driving adoption of research practices across the organization.
